Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), area of law, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide legal services. We do not sell or rent your data, or use it for marketing without your consent.

Confidentiality

Information shared with us for legal advice is treated as privileged and confidential, as required by our professional obligations and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client files are kept for the period required by law and professional rules.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to lexmeridianconsultancy@gmail.com. The same address handles grievances.

Terms of use
