About the firm
Legal problems are stressful. Understanding them shouldn't be.
Lex Meridian was founded on a simple principle: a client who understands their case makes better decisions. Before we file anything, we explain the law that applies, the realistic outcomes, and the timeline, in writing and in plain language.
We are a deliberately focused practice. Every matter is handled personally by our founding advocate, from the first consultation to the final hearing.

Questions clients ask
Before you get in touch
How much does a consultation cost?
The fee for a first consultation is confirmed with you before it is booked, so there are no surprises. If you engage us afterwards, we confirm the fees for the full matter in writing before starting any work.
Can I consult you online?
Yes. We consult by phone and video call (Google Meet or Zoom). You only need to visit the office to sign documents or for notarisation.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Any notices, FIRs, agreements, court papers or correspondence related to your matter, plus a short timeline of events. Clear phone photos are fine to start with.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Communication with an advocate for the purpose of legal advice is privileged under Sections 132–134 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. We do not share your information without your consent.
Can you help if I live in another city?
Yes. Consultations work equally well online, and we advise clients wherever they are. If your matter needs an appearance in a court we don't regularly attend, we will tell you honestly and coordinate with trusted local counsel.
How quickly will you respond?
Every enquiry is answered personally. For urgent criminal matters such as an arrest or bail, please call directly rather than using the form.
Contact
Tell us briefly what happened.
A few lines are enough. We will reply to arrange a consultation at a time that suits you.
Unsure whether you need a lawyer?
A short call is often enough to find out. Ask us.
